*In Peak Season (mid-June to mid-Sept) we prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings. When booking your flights please be aware that in high season the house will be available from 4pm (16:00) on the date of your booking to allow for cleaning & preparation. We ask that you vacate the house by 10am (10:00) on the date of your departure. Thanks.

When a booking is made a non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental price will be required. Unless alternative arrangements are made, provisional bookings will be held for one week from initial agreement, pending receipt of the deposit. Receipt of this and a signed booking form will complete the confirmation. The balance will be expected 12 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

We ask for a separate £600 payment as a security deposit - via bank transfer - at the same time as the rental balance: if there is a problem identified at the end of your stay (eg. any serious breakages, damage, extra cleaning, towels/bedlinen stained with fake tan) we will take the value and return the balance via bank transfer. Reservations made within 12 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
